Now leads ARCHE, a disruptive firm in deep tech with global presence.

Ignacio has contributed to major projects at aerospace organizations like Rocket Factory Augsburg (RFA) and Airbus, exceeding in driving innovation in the aerospace sector.

Founder and MP of Atlantic Alliance, Alejandro brings nearly 30 years of global experience across asset management, capital markets, and financial services. He held senior roles at SEI Investments, Paribas, Goldman Sachs, and JP Morgan, specializing in emerging markets. Alejandro serves on various boards and advisory roles, leveraging his expertise across Europe, the US, and Latin America. He holds an Economics degree from UCA Buenos Aires and an MSc in Finance from London Business School.

Laura Delgado Lopez

A space policy expert with 15 years of experience across government, industry, and nonprofits. Laura served as policy advisor at NASA’s Science Mission Directorate and was a 2023-2024 International Affairs Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations. She focuses on international space policy, particularly in Latin America, and holds roles with the William J. Perry Center and the Secure World Foundation. Laura holds degrees from George Washington University and the University of Puerto Rico.
Candelaria Rebolo
STRATEGIC OPS EXECUTIVE
Candela is a change and learning strategist focused on helping teams navigate transformation with clarity, creativity, and a human-centered approach. At Arche, she supports strategic operations by connecting people, communication, and execution to drive meaningful adoption and sustainable impact. Before joining Arche, Candela worked in Strategy & Consulting at Accenture Argentina, specializing in change management, and previously gained experience in design at PwC Argentina. She is currently completing a Master’s in Change Management at Universidad Austral.

SPACE MISSION SPECIALIST
Aerospace Engineer with 8 years of experience. Strong background in Systems and Electronics engineering, satellite technology and project management. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage complex projects, and contribute to innovative solutions within the space industry. Expertise in space mission design, orbital dynamics, systems engineering, satellite communication systems, embedded systems and remote sensing.
Juan Pablo Vaccaro
MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER
At Arche, Juan Pablo is our Mechanical Design Engineer working on the development of mechanical components. His work spans 3D modeling with SolidWorks, structural and thermal simulations using Ansys, and hands-on prototyping through 3D printing. He plays a key role in turning functional requirements into precise, manufacturable designs that operate reliably in industrial environments.
Tomas De Aguirre
ROBOTICS ENGINEER
Tomás is passionate about software engineering applied to robotics, with hands-on experience in embedded systems (STM32, ESP32, MSPM0), real-time control, and test automation. At Arche he works on R&D in Physical AI, focused on the design and prototyping of autonomous systems for humanoid and quadruped robots: spanning simulation, navigation, perception, and real-world deployment. Before joining Arche, Tomás developed C++ robotics software for industrial automation at sienz and gained experience across software engineering, QA, and firmware roles at Grupo Mirgor and 4i Platform Latam. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad de Buenos Aires.
