Now leads ARCHE, a disruptive firm in deep tech with global presence.

Holding a MBA from ESADE and a Civil Engineer degree, Alejandro’s massive experience in founding and scaling capital-intensive businesses, brings a wealth of expertise to the table. He has successfully created and managed 5 companies and 23 investment trust funds over 250 million USD. His comprehensive skill set spans governance and operations, developing strong investor relationships and growth.

Ignacio breaths aerospace. He has specializes in Advanced Solid Mechanics and Computational Mechanics (CAE), with expertise in mechanical design, structural analysis, and numerical simulations for the aerospace industry. Ignacio has contributed to major projects at aerospace organizations like Rocket Factory Augsburg (RFA) and Airbus, exceeding in driving innovation in the aerospace sector.

Seasoned executive with an Aeronautical Engineer degree and Six Sigma from Motorola University, holds extensive leadership experience in operations, finance and continuous improvement. Proven track record of driving exceptional results in operational performance and on-time delivery. Skilled in strategic planning and problem-solving, with a strong focus on delivering.
Alejandro Kerschen
ADVISOR
Founder and MP of Atlantic Alliance, Alejandro brings nearly 30 years of global experience across asset management, capital markets, and financial services. He held senior roles at SEI Investments, Paribas, Goldman Sachs, and JP Morgan, specializing in emerging markets. Alejandro serves on various boards and advisory roles, leveraging his expertise across Europe, the US, and Latin America. He holds an Economics degree from UCA Buenos Aires and an MSc in Finance from London Business School.

With more than 30 years in satellite and telecommunications sectors, Julian has held senior roles at Sencinet, CIH Telecommunications, BT LatAm, COMSAT International, and Lockheed Martin. He brings deep expertise in satellite networks, M&A, complex operations, and market expansion across Latin America and global markets, advising on large-scale infrastructure and multi-country operations.
John V. Turner

A proven aerospace engineering leader with 35 years of experience across human spaceflight, satellites, and national defense, civil, and commercial space missions. John advises NASA, NOAA, and U.S. defense agencies on space systems engineering and mission design, and actively contributes to programs such as Artemis lunar exploration, rocket engine development, and commercial cargo vehicles.
Laura Delgado Lopez

A space policy expert with 15 years of experience across government, industry, and nonprofits. Laura served as policy advisor at NASA’s Science Mission Directorate and was a 2023-2024 International Affairs Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations. She focuses on international space policy, particularly in Latin America, and holds roles with the William J. Perry Center and the Secure World Foundation. Laura holds degrees from George Washington University and the University of Puerto Rico.

Rajeeshwaran Moorthy is a global strategist at the intersection of space economy, foresight, and emerging tech. He advises Axiom Space, the Maldives Space Agency, and Swinburne’s Space Venture Fund, helping shape national strategy and guide early-stage investments. Juan Pablo Vaccaro
MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER
At Arche, Juan Pablo is our Mechanical Design Engineer working on the development of mechanical components. His work spans 3D modeling with SolidWorks, structural and thermal simulations using Ansys, and hands-on prototyping through 3D printing. He plays a key role in turning functional requirements into precise, manufacturable designs that operate reliably in industrial environments.

Elena is our AI-driven specialist in orbital mechanics and mission analysis. She supports Arche’s space mission staff with advanced simulations, trajectory design, and mission optimization. From launch planning to orbital transfers, Elena brings precision and speed to complex calculations, helping engineers explore mission scenarios and make data-informed decisions faster.

Lucien is our AI expert in impact-driven finance.
